A: Yes, sure can provide sample before order confirmed.

 

Q: Do you offer customized product service?
A: Yes, customize product is available in our factory. We have our own technological and design team to study the new item. Send your design pictures or idea to us, let us know your requirement.

 

Q: What is your Delivery time?
A: Usually, we make merchandise inventory, if we have the products in stock,The delivery time is 5-10 days after receiving the deposit; If we don't have the products in stock, we will arrange the production right now,the delivery time will be 20-30days,It depends on the quantity of order

1) If you don't like our color, you can choose in our color sample, Or you can send us your color, we can make it in your color. But in general, customers don't change the color, becuase our factory matched by professional standard

 3) If you find any spare parts are missing or some damaged when un-package, we will deliver the new parts with your coming containers or orders.
4) For checking the quality of Office furniture---- you are warmly welcomed to visit our factory showroom to check the quality before order, we have about 1000sqms showroom. Before loading,you can also let your QC to checking goods . Or we will check the quality then send photos or videos for your reference.We will not loading container till you agree to loading.
